Alert : Courthouse Closed for Staff Development Day

The Dickinson County Clerk's office will be open until noon for write-in deadline to file. All other Dickinson County Courthouse office will be closed to the public on Monday, October 14th for staff development day. We will reopen on Tuesday, October 15th with regular business hours.

Exception

All records in the Office of the Register of Deeds are open records except for the Kansas Real Estate Validation Questionnaire. The questionnaire is open to those protesting their taxes and to Kansas Certified General Real Property Appraisers.

K.S.A. 45-230 Provides


"No person shall knowingly sell, give or receive, for the purpose of selling or offering for sale, any property or service to persons listed therein, any lists of names and addresses contained therein, or derived from public records."
