County Attorney
The Dickinson County Attorney's Office prosecutes violations of State law and County resolutions including felony crimes and juvenile crimes anywhere in Dickinson County, and misdemeanor and traffic violations that occur outside the cities limits. We also represent the State in child in need of care and care and treatment cases.
Our staff consists of three attorneys, four legal assistants, and one victim coordinator that are committed to working to ensure the safety of our citizens and communities.
