If your alarm is currently monitored by the Emergency Communications Center, it is vitally important that you keep your emergency contact information updated. To submit current information, please fill out and return this form.
Also, did you know that having a monitored alarm system may provide you a discount on your homeowners and commercial insurance costs? Contact your insurance agent to see what discounts may apply to your account.
Dickinson County is not responsible for insuring the correct operation of a customers alarm system. Regular testing of your alarm is encouraged to assure proper operation. Prior to testing your alarm system we ask that you contact our communications center at 1-888-800-0417 or 785-263-4041 to advise staff that you will be testing your alarm to prevent unnecessary dispatching of emergency personnel. Should you have any questions please call us at any time.
