Permits are required if you live outside the City Limits and must be granted by the County Clerk's Office
IF YOU LIVE IN THE CITY LIMITS YOU MUST CONTACT YOUR CITY FOR INFORMATION.
Permits are granted for July 1 thru July 4 to discharge fireworks between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 11:30 p.m.
